Steel Plates — Structural & Boiler Quality, Ex-Stock
Teshi Group is a stockist and supplier of hot-rolled steel plates from primary mills: structural plates to IS 2062 E250 and E350 and ASTM A36, and boiler and pressure-vessel quality plates to ASTM A516 Grade 70 and IS 2002. Plates are supplied in mill sizes or profile cut to drawing — including circles and ring segments — with the mill test certificate for each heat.

Steel Plates: common questions
Does Teshi Group manufacture steel plates?
No. Teshi Group stocks and supplies plates rolled by primary steel mills, and can profile cut them to drawing.
How do I calculate the weight of a steel plate?
Weight in kg = length (m) × width (m) × thickness (mm) × 7.85. A 10 mm plate weighs 78.5 kg per square metre. See our steel plate weight chart for standard sizes.
What is the difference between IS 2062 E250 and E350?
The number is the minimum yield strength in MPa. E250 is general structural steel; E350 is a higher-strength grade used where lower weight or higher load capacity is needed.
