Data centre cooling
Hyperscale and colocation data centres run on water: chilled-water mains, condenser loops and, increasingly, liquid cooling straight to the rack. Teshi Group manufactures the flanges, fittings, valves and prefabricated spools for these systems, and supplies the pipe and steel. Every order ships with mill test certificates, dimensional reports and the third-party inspection your project specifies.

FAQ
Data centre piping: common questions
What piping materials are used in data centre cooling systems?
Chilled-water and condenser-water mains are usually carbon steel (A106 / A53 pipe, A234 WPB fittings, A105 flanges), often galvanised or internally lined. Liquid-cooling loops serving coolant distribution units (CDUs) and direct-to-chip racks use 304L or 316L stainless steel for cleanliness and to protect cold plates from corrosion products.
Can Teshi supply prefabricated spools for data centre plant rooms?
Yes. Teshi Group fabricates pipe spools to isometric drawings — chiller headers, pump manifolds and CDU skids — with flanges and fittings manufactured in-house, tested and tagged for fast on-site installation.
Which flange standards do data centre projects use?
ASME B16.5 Class 150 and 300 for pipe up to 24 in, ASME B16.47 or AWWA C207 for large chilled-water mains, and EN 1092-1 PN 10/16 on European-specification projects. Teshi manufactures all of these.
Do you supply valves for chilled-water systems?
Yes — butterfly, gate, globe, check and ball valves in cast and forged bodies for isolation, balancing and non-return duty, plus stud bolts and gaskets for every flanged joint.
Do you export to data centre projects outside India?
Yes. Teshi Group ships worldwide from India with mill test certificates (EN 10204 3.1), dimensional reports and third-party inspection where required.
