From forging
to dispatch
Raw Material Testing
Chemical and mechanical verification of every incoming heat; PMI on alloy and stainless.
Forging & Machining
Closed-die forging and CNC machining to drawing, with first-article sign-off.
Heat Treatment
Normalising, quench & temper or solution annealing with recorded furnace charts.
Dimensional Inspection
Every lot measured against the governing ASME / API dimensional tables.
NDT & Hydro Testing
UT, DPT, MPI and hydrostatic testing as specified; third-party witness on request.
Packing & Dispatch
Hard-stamped heat numbers, VCI packing and seaworthy wooden cases.

Inspection
Third-party inspection & special tests
Every order can be witnessed by the inspection agency your project names — for example Lloyd's Register, TÜV, Bureau Veritas, DNV, SGS or EIL — under a QAP / ITP agreed before production, with EN 10204 3.2 certification.
- PMI on every alloy and stainless piece
- Intergranular corrosion tests: ASTM A262 (stainless), ASTM G28 (nickel alloys), ASTM A923 (duplex)
- Ferrite content by ASTM E562 and ASTM G48 pitting tests for duplex and super duplex when specified
- Raised-face serration checked to 125–250 µin Ra (3.2–6.3 µm); every piece marked to MSS SP-25
- Charpy V-notch impact tests for low-temperature grades
- Hardness control for NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 sour service when specified
- UT, MPI, DPT and radiography of welds as specified; hydrostatic testing of assemblies
- IBR certification for boiler and steam service
