ASTM A516 — Pressure vessel plates, carbon steel, for moderate- and lower-temperature service
ASTM A516 covers carbon steel plates for welded pressure vessels where notch toughness is important, in Grades 55, 60, 65 and 70. Plates over 40 mm are normally normalised.
