Chromium-molybdenum alloy steel pipe to ASTM A335 keeps its strength at high temperature and resists creep and oxidation. It is the standard material for main steam, hot reheat and high-temperature process lines.

Supply
Alloy Steel Pipe is stocked and supplied by Teshi Group from approved manufacturers. It is not manufactured by Teshi Group; the original manufacturer's test certificate accompanies every consignment.
Inspection and testing
- Mill testing to the pipe specification: chemical analysis, tensile, flattening or bend, and hydrostatic or NDT of every length.
- Teshi receiving inspection: verification of markings and heat numbers against the mill certificate, visual and dimensional check.
- PMI on alloy and stainless pipe before dispatch.
- Additional testing or third-party inspection on request.
Marking
Mill stencil along each length: manufacturer, specification, grade, size, schedule, heat number and length.
Documentation
Original mill test certificate to EN 10204 3.1 for each heat supplied. IBR-certified material on request.
Packing
Bundled with steel straps, ends fitted with plastic caps; bevel protectors on bevelled pipe.
