We have various product certificates that allow us to offer high quality for the most specific needs, such as being a qualified supplier of PED 97/23/EC, AD 2000 MERKBLATT W0 by “TUV Nord”.

The company has the latest manufacturing and testing facilities of world class standard and equally qualified and experienced personnel to carry out inspection at various levels.
IN HOUSE TESTING FACILITY
Each of our products comes with a manufacturing test certificate. Any reputed National & International third party inspection can be done as per customer’s requirement.
As per the code/standard requirement chemical analysis is carried out on spectrometer of Spectro max (Germany) in our own laboratory.
Tensile test, hardness test, flanging, flattening, reverse bending, reverse flattening are done regularly as per the code and standards.
100% water tests on a hydraulic test bench are carried out with a high pressure pump on all pipes and hoses according to regulations and standards.
Surface finish, dimensions, edge and length checks are carried out on 100% of the pipes. The inspection ensures the straightness of the pipes according to ASTM standard.
Even though this is an additional requirement, the company makes it a point to test all pipes leaving the factory under compressed air to detect any leaks and ensure that there are no incomplete welds.
This is carried out to detect surface defects, etc. This inspection is carried out using the Techno four flaws marking system on the entire length of the pipes as per the code / standard with hole or notch standard, with automatic separation system.
Teshi has the possibility to measure the ferrite content. The microscope helps to check the grain structure of tubes after the annealing process. The above microscope is equipped with analysis software that displays the grain structure automatically without manual intervention. The microstructure examination is carried out according to the code / standard.
The hardness tester is used to test the surface hardness of the material using the Rockwell-Brinnel scale on the 30T scale. This test is carried out in accordance with the regulations and standards.
To determine the susceptibility of the material to intergranular corrosion attack or to measure the corrosion rate, IGC tests are carried out in accordance with standards “A”, “B”, “C” or “E” in our fully equipped in-house laboratory.
Teshi has a fully equipped laboratory to check chloride content in water, daily pickling, passivation, coating and soap bath analysis.
The Company can provide X-ray testing facilities with an X-ray machine.
Teshi has an offline ultrasonic testing system with a water emulsion system with four probes and a microprocessor unit to detect special process sequences. In addition, the system can mark the detector by spraying.
